Funciones del cargo

As an Revenue Coordinator for the Latam & US Accounting HUB you will be responsible for providing a high lever of effective and efficient AR services for businesses within a shared service centre environment. This role will lead the implementation and documentation of new processes and system updates, and will work in a fast-paced environment while providing a high level of customer service to both internal and external customers.

  • Coordinate the work and task allocation of the Accounts Receivable Analyst/s
  • Resolve complex client billing problems and reconcile AR delinquency, applying good customer service and working in a timely manner with other departments as necessar
  • Review reconciliation and analyses of AR account balances prepared by AR Analyst during month end process
  • Indicate Management for potential write-offs
  • Responsible for keeping the monthly closing deadlines
  • Identify and communicate with management opportunities for improvement in processes, workflow
  • Leading AR Improvement projects and initiatives
  • Assist with ad-hoc analysis, reporting and special projects
  • Participates in system upgrades, testing and implementations of new functions or software
  • External/Internal audit assistance

Requerimientos del cargo

  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
  • Minimum of 5 + years’ experience required in in accounts receivable and collections
  • Experience in working in Shared Service Center environment is preferred
  • Strong teamwork attitude
  • Demonstrate effective customer service skills with a stakeholder focus to build and strengthen relationships
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken
