As the Country Manager’s Associate Analyst you will ..

Report directly to the Chile Country Manager and support him/her in several ways to ensure the Chile Tribe’s goals and initiatives are met. You will help drive strategic business planning and execution, and you will have the responsibility to make sure that all administrative, financial, and operational aspects are running smoothly for the Chile Country Manager.

What you’ll do

Serve as a trusted advisor and brainstorming partner for the Country Manager
Partner with the leadership team to track, analyze and report business performance per key metrics, project goals, and Objectives and Key Results, and recommend improvements
Help strategic ideas take root and provide early facilitation until a more formal project is established
Think strategically while providing tactical support to implement ideas and key projects
Proactively analyze and address pressing business issues that need immediate attention
Proactively escalate and resolve potential issues by calling them to the attention of the department head and identifying potential solutions
Support Country Manager in the preparation of board, executive committee, and presentations in general
Schedule and coordinate relevant team rituals and meetings in partnership with the Country Manager on a regular basis
Take notes, register commitments and plans, and follow up with leadership team members to ensure execution

You’ll be great for this position if ..

You are fluent in English, both written and spoken
You are a highly motivated team player, hands-on, focused and striving to learn and improve your skills
You have advanced Excel experience with Excel; SQL and Python experience (or are willing to learn); and basic experience creating dashboards on Tableau and other BI and data visualization platforms (or are willing to learn)
Have at least 2 years of experience working with data analysis/statistics, cleaning, transformation, modeling, reporting and creating dashboard and optimizing/automating processes
You have excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills - you are able to communicate ideas and concepts with team members from a wide range of countries and cultures, and to build strong and productive relationships
You think and act creatively, championing and promoting new ideas that contribute to the goals of the business
You can successfully manage and deliver multiple projects and work streams in parallel
You are a self starter and able to work effectively in an individual or in a team setting
You enjoy a bit of chaos, are flexible and like to solve problems creatively, in order to accommodate the fluctuating needs of the business
