Job Description

The ideal candidate will report to the VP of Finance assisting with financial and general administrative tasks, including related to HR administration.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in the administration and maintenance of payroll and employee benefits programs including reconciling reports.
· Assist management in training and evaluating employees by managing required training programs and annual review process.
· Assist in screening applications/resumes, coordinate applicant testing, conduct interviews, complete relevant background checks, extend job offers and coordinate onboarding.
· Assist with cash management activities including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
· Support the monthly financial close process by working with outsourced bookkeeping firm to ensure accurate recording and reconciliation of accounts related to payroll and employee benefits.
· Support general ledger accounts, financial reports and reconciliation processes to ensure financial reporting is accurate
· Assist in employee expense management and reimbursement and provide insights into expense analysis
· Document organization and digital filing for various teams.
· Assist day-to-day, as well as ad-hoc, projects and requests from various business units within the organization; requires pulling information from various sources/systems.

Note: This is a fully remote position, however you must be located in a US time zone and be able to work during business hours in CST.

Skills and Qualifications

· English Professional Proficiency
· Relevant experience in finance, operations or a related field.
· Experience with human resources processes and/or leading cross-functional operations teams.
· Experience with accounts receivables and collections processes.
· Experience analyzing financial data and preparing reports.
· Working knowledge of Quickbooks (or willingness to learn)
· Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office and Google Drive environment. Must include Excel/Sheets and skills in record keeping
· Extremely detail oriented and organized with information, communication, and exceptional organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail.
· Ability to perform a board variety of tasks and multitask
· Must be comfortable working remotely and with colleagues located across multiple time zones since most of our employees are based in the United States
