We are currently seeking an experienced Supply Chain Specialist to join our e-commerce brand, primarily selling through Amazon.com. In this remote, full-time role, you'll optimize supply chain coordination, handle inventory planning, and ensure efficient order fulfillment. We're looking for someone detail-oriented, analytical, and a creative problem-solver. As a self-starter, you take ownership, constantly seek process improvements, and aren't afraid to ask questions. Impeccable written and verbal English communication is a must, and you should be available to work EST hours.

Job functions

Primary Objectives:

- Manage product inventory, maintaining >99.5% in-stock rate

- Track Average Cost of Goods per SKU

- Manage IPI score

- Suggest product replenishment through ongoing Purchase Order issuance

- Track supplier deliveries, expedite as necessary

- Maintain positive relationships with suppliers, warehousing vendors, freight forwarders, and customs agents

Regular Work Activities:

- Coordinate transportation and logistics

- Obtain feedback on product quality, relay feedback to suppliers

- Maintain supplier scorecards

- Implement a quality control process

- Reduce unnecessary expenses

- Update warehouse inventory and reconcile shipments

Success Scorecard Metrics:

- > 99.5% In-stock Rate

- > 415 IPI Score

- Shipping Performance metrics

- Customer Service Performance metrics

Qualifications and requirements

- 3+ years of experience with Amazon Seller Central

- Experience in supply chain management for Amazon FBA and Shopify DTC

- Advanced knowledge of data analysis tools

- Advanced Excel/Google Sheet skills

- Analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication skills in English

- Ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects

- Willingness to stay updated on industry trends

- Located in Latin America

Position is 100% remote, but candidates must reside in South America.
