Requirements

You should have an IT background with a basic (junior level) understanding of Java or Ruby on Rails (RoR) and web development/e-commerce in general. Also:

• Fluent English - both writing and verbal.
• Should be a people person - role would include coordinating work with multiple people including a team in India.
• API integration of new bus operators on PasajeBus.com - junior level proficiency, the candidate will receive complete support from India tech team.
• Previous work experience in intercity bus industry or related companies is a plus.

Profile

• You'll be in charge of taking care of PasajeBus operational work from both technical side and pure operational perspective.
• The candidate should be available for travel across Chile and across LATAM on short notice and on weekends.
• The candidate has to take care of the training, implementation, and troubleshooting clients requirements.
• Preparing system manually and engage pro-actively on improving, re-engineering and automate company's operation.

Minimum work experience: Beginners to two years.

Work Location: Providencia, Santiago
