We are looking a Sr. Product Manager who will lead the ownership and management of our online and internal dashboard products that directly support merchant acquisition and growth. As a direct support to the Growth team, you will lead, define, prioritize, build and deploy new products and features that directly impact our ability to aggressively acquire and activate new merchants. You will also own merchant account management tools and other internal tools S/he should thrive in a culture of decisions based on analytics, be able to step-back and communicate both the strategic and immediate implications on priorities. This candidate must have strong written and verbal communications skills in both English and Spanish and willing to continue learning about the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a product roadmap that is aligned with company strategic goals
• Maintain prioritized feature backlogs across multiple products
• Gathering inputs from stakeholders across the company
• Write development-ready feature requirements
• Drive features through their lifecycle, from ideation to launch
• Mentor team members to follow best practices in the product management discipline
• Use a test and iterate approach to continually improve product performance and user-experience
• Analyze feature performance; extrapolate and summarize learnings to senior management

Technical knowledge

• Understanding of web tracking methods and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of Agile product development methodologies
• Strong entrepreneurial drive and ability to thrive in a start-up environment
• Experience in A/B testing preferred
• Proficiency in using Excel
• Excellent communication skills in a cross-border/language environment (often with remote team members)
• Ability to work collaboratively but also autonomously when needed
• Advocate for the best end-to-end experience that balances the desires from many inputs including design, user-experience, marketing and operations
