- Manage key initiatives that span across various teams
- Establish good understanding of key initiatives for the organization and how various product teams come together to achieve business objectives for those programs
- Establish high level understanding of overall system architecture (current & to-be) so that dependencies are understood in context.
- Consolidate plans of various product teams to bring consistent & summarized view of program plan of key initiatives that span across teams
- Track & monitor these program plans and impact of changes in individual product plans, relevant to program impact and objectives.
- Understand, report & help resolve key dependencies across teams, risks, customer impact and critical path to achieve program objectives
- Facilitate program success, passionately pursue blocker removal for product & tech teams and ensure program success.
- Coordinate with finance team to ensure program budgets and resource plans are tracked & managed well
- Track & monitor overall resource numbers and various metrics associated
- Assist leadership teams for various presentations for programs roadmaps, updates, risks etc.
- Coordinate with corporate PMO teams for consistent reporting of all programs across various forums.
- Facilitate common process and tools to enable stakeholders and teams to become self-reliant, automated for reporting, updates and better coordination. Help reduce meetings, and more natural extension of agile model & process.
- Be passionate for reducing unnecessary processes and enable fast tracking of delivery of programs.
- Knowledge and experience of application of scrum framework and agile methodologies in general.
- Specializations in project management practice are required
- Experience required: at least 2 years of work in large and complex technological projects.
Civil Industrial Engineer, Computer Science or related careers.
