Product Manager at Architonic - ArchDaily manages several stakeholders and incoming information, and balances their input together with: organization goals, user and client needs, industry benchmarks, and overall product vision to prioritize and ensure the execution of a coherent roadmap. They also must have experience leading a development team, planning and following up on development sprints, prioritize balancing all variables previously mentioned, and embracing innovation in order to grow fast.

๐Ÿญ. User acquisition: traffic growth and social reach (e.g. monthly unique visitors)
๐Ÿฎ. User engagement & retention: improve search and discovery within our platform, satisfying the A&D community needs (e.g. sessions per user, session time)
๐Ÿฏ. Users conversion: increase lead generation, registrations & specific actions within our site (e.g. monthly leads per client, monthly registered users)
๐Ÿฐ. Clients renewal rate: more memberships and upselling to existing clients through added value (e.g. client renew rate, incoming revenue from membership clients)
This through a deep and informed understanding of their needs and mindset, built through constant research and communication channels with both our users and clients.

Main Responsibilities

- Listens, understands, and empathizes with clients and users' needs and desires.
- Actively listens to the different teams and areas within the organization in order to reach a common goal that aligns with our company-wide vision and goals.
- Market research, industry benchmarks, envisions future developments of the product in order to keep on adding value and discover underlying opportunities. Needs to apply UX research and prepare clear project definitions in order to construct coherent, appealing products.
๐Ÿฎ. ๐—š๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐˜„๐˜๐—ต ๐— ๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ฑ๐˜€๐—ฒ๐˜ ๐—ณ๐—ผ๐—ฟ ๐˜€๐˜๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ฒ๐—ด๐—ถ๐˜‡๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ฑ ๐—ฝ๐—น๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ป๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด:
- Use information/data to develop an informed and factual strategy to achieve the goals set for the team. Present with compelling arguments of how projects tie back to what we are trying to achieve as an organization.
- Define strategies for sustained and exponential growth of the company through the acquisition and retention of users in different channels, as well as keeping them active on the platform.
๐Ÿฏ. ๐—˜๐˜…๐—ฒ๐—ฐ๐˜‚๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป:
- Collaborative coordination of all areas in order to improve our UX and main KPIs
- Defines (with the development team input) requirements and stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritization.
- Leads team rituals: retrospectives, grooming, plannings, identify and solve team blockers, QA.
๐Ÿฐ. ๐—ฅ๐—ฒ๐˜€๐˜‚๐—น๐˜๐˜€ ๐—”๐—ป๐—ฎ๐—น๐˜†๐˜€๐—ถ๐˜€:
- Clarity on what data will be analyzed, and how it will connect to the organization's goals (this should be previously discussed with HoP).
- Track what needs to be tracked in order to get all data needed to properly analyze and make further decisions.
๐Ÿฑ. ๐—–๐—ผ๐—บ๐—บ๐˜‚๐—ป๐—ถ๐—ฐ๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป:
- Supervisory position and communication must be effective down the line in order to ensure proper execution of the roles/functions as well as company-wide alignment. From leading daily standups to monthly updates to the entire company, to have open communication channels with our users.
๐Ÿฒ. ๐—ฉ๐—ถ๐˜€๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ฑ ๐—œ๐—ป๐˜๐—ฒ๐—ด๐—ฟ๐—ถ๐˜๐˜†:
- Attend short-term needs and make fast decisions keeping in mind the vision, future-oriented. Also must be calm under pressure in order to effectively lead the team in times of uncertainty.

Requirements:
- High English level
- At least 3 years of experience in Product Management
- Have previously worked on digital products focused on user engagement and conversion (in our case lead generation and registered users), if related to the architecture and design industry, even better.
