Key Responsibilities

As a Case Manager, you will serve as the primary liaison between clients seeking legal funding and their associated law firms. Your role focuses on managing a dynamic pipeline of incoming pre-settlement funding applications and ensuring seamless communication and coordination with multiple stakeholders.
  • Oversee and prioritize the pipeline of pre-settlement funding applications to maintain efficient throughput.
  • Act as the primary contact for clients, attorneys, and medical providers, gathering detailed case information and necessary documentation.
  • Provide compassionate guidance to applicants, supporting them through each step of the funding approval process.
  • Thoroughly review and evaluate legal documents such as police reports, medical records, and settlement agreements for completeness and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with law firms to verify the validity and sufficiency of submitted materials.
  • Maintain CRM systems with up-to-date case status information, ensuring data integrity and timely progress tracking.
  • Prioritize high-urgency cases to expedite funding decisions where applicable.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to suggest process improvements that increase efficiency and client satisfaction.

Role Requirements

We are looking for a detail-oriented, client-focused professional with strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You should have at least two years of relevant experience and demonstrate proficiency working with legal documents and client coordination.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in legal funding, personal injury claims processing, sales, or client-facing roles.
  • Legal Knowledge: Familiar with personal injury case types including auto accidents, premises liability, and other relevant claims.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with a client-first attitude, able to navigate sensitive and complex conversations effectively.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable reviewing legal documentation and coordinating with law firms and attorneys; proficient using Google Workspace tools.
  • Organizational Ability: Skilled at managing multiple applications and tasks simultaneously, ensuring accuracy and quality under tight deadlines.
  • Adaptability: Capable of working independently in a fully remote setting while maintaining consistent productivity and responsiveness.
Soft skills such as empathy, resilience, and problem-solving are essential to provide excellent client experiences in this fast-moving environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with CRM platforms and legal case management software to optimize workflow tracking.
  • Previous roles within U.S.-based legal, insurance, or legal funding sectors.
  • Spanish proficiency to support Spanish-speaking clients is considered a valuable asset but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance and documentation standards in personal injury claims.
