Your work and decisions will play an active part in the company finances, human resources and the effective development of our mobile games. Firstly, the COO not only has to report quarter results to the CEO, but also has to supervise that the different objectives that have been set are carried out. Human resources work includes assisting the CEO in recruiting key positions, monitoring employee performance, and ensuring that the environment in which they are working is as suitable and motivating as possible. The reason for this is that by taking care of the environment it will be possible to increase productivity levels and make sure that everything progresses well according to the objectives set.

Job functions

  • Determine what the necessary resources will be for the new games and the improvement of the company's existing games.
  • Develop and integrate personnel programs designed to attract the highest level of talent.
  • Collaborate with our CEO on five and ten year plans for the growth and evolution of the company.
  • Supervise the fulfillment of the expenses and profits objectives.
  • Manage the acquisition of resources, tools and supplies and check that each project has the necessary equipment and supplies.
  • Ensure that there is an optimal work environment and well-being of workers to ensure that processes are optimized and results increased.
  • Manage financial and operational resources to maximize business performance.
  • Integrate the different company KPIs and processes, so that they are connected and a global vision is obtained.
  • Coordinate the internal areas and organize the various teams to facilitate maximum communication between them and achieve joint objectives.
  • Participate in the development and preparation of short-term and long-term plans and budgets based on the organization's objectives.
  • Monitor the sales development, the return on investment (ROI) numbers, the return on advertising investment in the acquisition of new users (ROAS).
  • Facilitate communication between departments, companies, clients and suppliers.
  • Plan production and development activities through a work plan designed jointly with all units.
  • Supervise procedures and execution of tasks of the accounting team, including:
    • Account analysis.
    • Tax returns.
    • Analysis of assets and liabilities.
    • Monthly and annual taxes
    • Balance sheet, financial statements.
    • Administrative management.
    • VAT declarations.
    • Remuneration.
    • Monthly postings.
