Funciones del cargo

We’re looking for a CRM Coordinator that will work hand to hand with CRM analysts, performance specialists and growth marketers to help us grow our card readers sales and other products all over the country.
  • Lead and collaborate individually with a CRM analyst to push the conversion funnel.
  • Be responsible for developing and executing all CRM marketing strategies, tracking key KPIs to measure channel effectiveness.
  • Review and redefine all our automated customer journeys in the NBA (next best action) framework.
  • Analyze CRM performance at maximum granularity and work together with the content team to iterate and amplify campaigns to grow sales.
  • Create a robust testing framework to determine the structure and best communication strategies across CRM channels.
  • Help in the design and deployment of new lead generation and sales conversion strategies.
  • Find new angles to get more sales from the same audiences.
  • Perform constant analysis and optimizations in each communication / campaign, with focus on improving metrics such as open rate and CTR.
  • Routinely report campaign results, lessons learned and improvements to be applied.

Requerimientos del cargo

  • Solid E-mail marketing experience.
  • Solid CRM experience in customer acquisition.
  • Experience with journeys automation through different outbound channels (E-mail, SMS, Whatsapp, push and In-app notifications).
  • Experience working with salesforce’s Marketing Cloud platform and all of its modules: E-mail studio, Automation studio, Journey Builder, Mobile studio, Analytics Builder, Einstein y AppExchange is preferred.
  • Data skills: SQL and Excel are a must. Programming in any language is a plus.
  • Solid leadership skills.
  • Full professional English proficiency is required.
  • Good marketing skills, understanding how prospects think and why they buy.
