Our company is seeking a Renewals Manager to support our expanding Sales and Customer Success organization. As we continue to grow our customer base, we take pride in delivering exceptional support and ensuring our customers realize the full value of our platform. In this role, you will work within a collaborative, high-performance team and take ownership of assigned customer renewals, safeguarding revenue retention and strengthening long-term relationships. You will manage a defined territory, engaging with customers daily through phone and email. Working toward quarterly financial renewal targets, you will have the opportunity to build meaningful partnerships and contribute directly to the companyβs retention strategy.
About You
We are looking for individuals who have historically owned a quota, revenue target, or commercial outcome as a primary job function.
