Why We Need You

Our company is seeking a Renewals Manager to support our expanding Sales and Customer Success organization. As we continue to grow our customer base, we take pride in delivering exceptional support and ensuring our customers realize the full value of our platform. In this role, you will work within a collaborative, high-performance team and take ownership of assigned customer renewals, safeguarding revenue retention and strengthening long-term relationships. You will manage a defined territory, engaging with customers daily through phone and email. Working toward quarterly financial renewal targets, you will have the opportunity to build meaningful partnerships and contribute directly to the company’s retention strategy.


How You Impact Our Vision

  • Prepare and execute quarterly renewal plans.
  • Use customer adoption data to assess renewal risk and understand account health.
  • Engage customers via phone and email to understand their status, address concerns, and drive on-time renewals.
  • Track and report on key renewal metrics.
  • Accurately forecast churn and downgrade activity in Salesforce.
  • Manage a monthly and quarterly renewal and net-retention quota.
  • Clearly communicate account risk and lead the creation of resolution strategies.
  • Provide executive leadership with full visibility into renewal performance and involve leadership when needed.
  • Develop a strong understanding of our products and the value they deliver.
  • Maintain detailed activities, next steps, and clear close plans for all renewals within a 160+ day horizon.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Teams to align on account goals and renewal strategy.
  • Identify upsell opportunities and partner with Sales to execute expansion as part of the renewal cycle.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to address at-risk renewals and drive successful outcomes, acting as the internal project manager to resolve customer challenges and secure on-time renewals.



Requerimientos del cargo

About You

  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Prior experience in a quota-carrying, customer-facing role.
  • Background in renewals, account management, inside sales, Customer Success, renewal sales, or similar roles.
  • Strong performance under pressure; results-driven and highly collaborative.
  • Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Ability to interpret customer-usage data to evaluate risk and adoption.
  • Familiarity with the SaaS subscription revenue model and sales processes.
  • Strong multi-tasking, prioritization, and time-management abilities.
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving performance targets.
  • Fluency in English.

We are looking for individuals who have historically owned a quota, revenue target, or commercial outcome as a primary job function.

  • Experienced Negotiators: Former "Old-school" Account Managers or Renewal Managers with a proven track record of complex, high-stakes commercial negotiations.
  • Commercial CSMs: Customer Success Managers who were explicitly responsible for owning, negotiating, and closing renewals or expansions and operated under a commercial quota or MBO.
  • SaaS Environment Exposure: Experience operating within a fast-paced SaaS environment, accustomed to the commercial dynamics of subscription-based revenue.
