The Air Assistant will answer calls in Spanish & English. As the primary point of contact and the “face” to our business for our customers, provide exceptional support, ensuring timely resolution of issues and delivering outstanding customer experiences. Onboarding with the client will be given and there will be a 7-day certification program prior to starting work.
Customer Support, Administrative Tasks, Cold Calling, Social Media Management, and Data Entry. Reports making is also very important. You must also be responsive at all times during your shift.
Must be tech-savvy. Can communicate well in Spanish and English. Very detailed-oriented. Can work under pressure. Honest and has integrity in his/her work. Can work without thorough supervision and has initiative.
