ZeroFox seeks an Intelligence Operations Coordinator (IOC) to conduct internal triage operations, align intelligence services to customer requirements, liaise with the various components of the Intelligence Team internally, and manage customer requests from initiation to delivery. The IOC function is a single point of contact and a single point of failure for the intelligence delivery process. The IOC is responsible for enforcing the SOP, making improvements, and communicating procedural changes across ZeroFox.

Role and responsibilities

  • Provide support for unique and client-tailored requests that arise on an ad hoc basis
  • Undertake ownership of processes as required, demonstrating the ability to deliver results within specified deadlines, regardless of challenges autonomously
  • Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures, Frequently Asked Questions, and On-Demand Investigation documentation
  • Conduct after-action analysis, when warranted to identify lessons learned, mistakes, personnel issues, and suggestions for improved processes
  • Continuously seek improvements to processes based on internal and external feedback.
  • Liaise with various internal departments and stakeholders to keep lines of communication open

Required qualifications and skills

  • Fluency in written and spoken English, showcasing exceptional grammar and articulate communication skills
  • Demonstrable experience in composing content on subjects such as cyber security, threat intelligence, information technology, or related fields, typically obtained in 2+ years
  • Strong combination of research and writing prowess, characterized by an unwavering attention to detail (a writing sample will be requested as part of the interview process)
  • Ability to produce quality work while meeting aggressive deadlines
  • Comfortable working independently and in teams
  • Capacity to adapt to varying situations while showcasing innovative thinking in problem-solving and content creation
  • Firm commitment to upholding discretion and maintaining confidentiality
  • Flexibility / weekend support as business need requires
  • Serve as the sole liaison in communication between the Intelligence Team for all intelligence operations
  • High sense of professionalism and respect while communicating internally and externally on behalf of the intelligence teams. The SOO takes pride in outstanding customer service for both our clients and our teammates in other business units (BUs).

Desired qualifications and skills

  • Familiarity with open-source research
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity
  • Basic knowledge of geopolitics and current affairs
  • Experience in copy editing
