What you’ll do, our agreement with you:

As a Payments Operations Analyst, you’ll be responsible for supporting accounting, administrative and finance activities for LATAM entities. Specifically:

  • Generate invoices and payments accurately in a timely manner
  • Process credit and debit adjustments, as necessary
  • Update and maintain billing records and master data when applicable
  • Perform reconciliations & support month-end-closing
  • Establish effective back-up support processes (cross-training and knowledge transfer) to ensure seamless support for all portfolio matters; ensure adequate coverage when out of office
  • Understand the needs of Merchants, Agents and External Networks
  • Work closely with the operational team to ensure the payments solutions are aligned with the market needs
  • Support the finance team to evaluate current processes, recommend and implement improvements to gain operational efficiency and successful customer experiences

Requirements

  • Graduate or student of Economics or Business Administration
  • Excellent MS Excel skills. Macro knowledge desirable
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in billings and/or Accounts Receivable
  • Sound knowledge of general accounting rules
  • Highly organized and able to multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Display initiative, highly proactive and adaptable

  • Have a strong interest in the future payments, fintech, and changing the status quo, having worked for a fintech or B2B company
  • Have experience working at a fast-paced start-up, with disciplined approach to project management
  • Previously worked in distributed and remote environments
