Apply Digital is hybrid/remote-friendly. The preferred candidate should be based in LATAM and prepared to start work from 06:00 or 07:00, but finishing work earlier, in order to support UK (GMT) office hours. This is a full-time, 40 hrs/week role.

The Project Management Office (PMO) team plays an important role in setting up the operational structure, systems, protocols and standards at Apply Digital. The PMO Analyst along with the rest of the PMO team offers support to all disciplines at Apply Digital at various phases of the project lifecycle. The PMO team also plays a key role in supporting the Project Management team and Business Development.

Job functions

The successful candidate is detail oriented, yet a problem solver and always motivated to assist other teams in various areas towards a team goal.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Support internal team from UK office in the UK time zone
  • Create and maintain project artifacts for project initiation, tracking, planning, controlling, monitoring purposes
  • Maintain, troubleshoot and resolve errors of the tracking dashboards
  • Ensure consistency amongst the project management processes and business operations
  • Support in establishing templates, guidelines and protocol for different operations and processes that allow the Company to grow in structured and systematic ways
  • Assist Project Manager in project budget tracking, project artifacts update, modification and maintenance
  • Participate in resourcing meetings and take meetings notes
  • Provide support to Project Manager and other teams for relevant requests

Qualifications and requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, finance or other relevant fields
  • 2+ years work experience
  • Proficient in English both writing and speaking
  • Proficient in spreadsheet, presentation slides. Google Suite preferred
  • Strong observation and analytical skill
  • Excellent organizational skill, detail-oriented, work successfully under pressure and with limited supervision, ability to multitask and strong prioritization skill
  • Fast learner, keen on self-learning and self-motivated
  • Keen on learning and working with different technology tools
  • Proactive, efficient and responsive team player
  • Knowledge or relevant experience in Project Management a plus
  • Must start earlier (the latest 7am) to support the UK office
