Funciones del cargo

YOU WANT TO WORK WITH
  • Participating in and coordinating the identification and resolution of problems at the feature and program level
  • Providing operational excellence and support. Identifying tasks and actions to address well-defined issues, including risk management, sizing activities, sprint constraints, and providing mitigation plans
  • Assisting and collaborating with product owners to maintain release and individual team sprint backlogs
  • Advancing the team's design methodology and promoting quality programming practices
  • Guiding and supporting junior team members in adopting standard methodologies
  • Anticipating and preventing problems and obstacles, communicating technical issues and their impact on leadership
  • Demonstrating an interest in mentoring junior members, actively seeking continuing education opportunities, and introducing new techniques to the teams based on your own learning experiences

Requerimientos del cargo

YOU ARE
  • Holding a Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science (or a related field)
  • Demonstrating 3+ years of experience leading end-to-end technical solution teams
  • Experienced with JIRA, Rally (or equivalent), Wiki pages, GroupMap (or other crowdsourcing tools)
  • Accustomed to working under Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Proficient in providing guidance based on metrics
  • Demonstrating Upper-Intermediate level of English

  • Contribute to the design, implementation, and delivery of projects in the Incentives and Personalization Platform space
  • Participate in broader architecture discussions to enhance the resilience and scalability of our systems
  • Collaborate with engineering and program management teams to clearly identify technical solutions
