We’re looking to hire a Project Manager as a direct hire. Smarter Contact is a growing SaaS with a text and voice messaging CRM platform for real estate professionals serving US customers.

Job functions

As we are growing our market presence we are looking for a full time project manager to take ownership of our Agile product development processes to ensure timely delivery of quality features that delight our customers.

Qualifications and requirements

Must-have Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience guiding teams in Kanban practices, with a focus on fostering self-organization and continuous improvement.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with development teams, designers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
  • Strong skills in identifying, managing, and mitigating project risks, including removing impediments that block team progress.
  • Extensive experience in coaching teams to higher levels of Agile maturity.
  • Expertise in facilitating discussions, decision-making, and conflict resolution within teams, while creating a trusting and safe work environment.
  • Experience in planning and managing product releases, ensuring smooth coordination and communication across teams.
  • Ability to collaborate with teams to craft clear requirements and prioritize tasks to meet project objectives.
  • Demonstrable history of improving team performance based on metrics
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, coupled with a highly proactive attitude.
Complimentary to the primary role, it would be highly valuable to have additional experience aligned with a product focus.

Desirable skills

  • Experience in market research and competitive analysis to improve user stories and assist in strategic decision-making.
  • Proficiency in user interviewing to understand and clarify customer needs.
  • Experience in mapping customer journeys and creating User Story Maps to align product features with user expectations
