We are currently seeking a dedicated Appointment Setter to join our team. This is a remote position where the ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service by handling inbound and outbound calls, scheduling appointments for sales representatives, and maintaining the CRM system. The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of CSR experience, at least 1 year of experience setting sales appointments, excellent English, and access to a reliable computer with internet connectivity.

Job functions

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Schedule appointments for their sales representatives while ensuring accuracy and efficient use of their time.
  • Update and maintain customer records in their CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Provide product and service information to customers, addressing inquiries and concerns effectively.
  • Assist in resolving customer issues and escalations, aiming for prompt resolution.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of our client's services and offerings.
  • Adhere to established performance metrics, including call handling times and appointment scheduling accuracy.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge relevant to bathroom remodeling.

Qualifications and requirements


  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Appointment Setting.
  • Excellent English level both written and spoken
  • Bilingual both English and Spanish
  • Strong computer skills with access to a reliable computer and high-speed internet connection.
  • Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving abilities.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Ability to adapt to changing processes and technologies.
  • Must be located in western part of Latin America

Schedule (Pacific Standard time US):

    • Monday – Friday: 9:00 am - 6:00pm


  • $1500 USD /month + performance bonuses ($150-250/month)

Position is 100% remote, but candidates must reside in South America.
