The role of the Technical Program Manager (TPM) in Cornershop is to play a fundamental part in the execution of high impact initiatives regarding the integration of projects with Uber, and in the continuous improvement of processes to augment the efficiency of the requirements being operated

• Visibilice all the integration projects with Uber
• Manage multidisciplinary initiative projects, of high complexity and scale, between teams related to Cornershop-Uber integration
• Being Cornershops visible face to Uber. Communicating advances and definitions of the projects being executed
• Understand and evaluate the designs of technical solutions
• Raise requirements
• Coordinate the relation between the different teams involved, either with Uber's TPM or with the different PM and POs that lead the Cornershop projects: estimating work reinforcements, defining milestones and administrating resources
• Track progress, resolve dependencies, evaluate risks and communicate the status of the projects to the Uber counterparts and associated roles
• Motivate, involve and energize the teams of the projects to achieve goals
• Share processes, tools and practical improvements of programs and or projects that can be adopted in the organization

• Strong knowledge and experience in software development
• Advanced english
• Being passionate about the world of software development and technology
• Experience developing end-user products
• Leadership through influence.
• Mobile experience is a plus
