You'll join a small, agile product team defining the strategy for our next-generation platform. This is a greenfield project where your product decisions will have direct impact from day one. You'll work closely with leadership and have the opportunity to shape our product direction as we scale.

In this role, you'll be at the heart of crafting experiences that inspire and connect travelers globally. You'll collaborate with a diverse team to shape the future of travel engagement through our platform. Key responsibilities:

Drive concepts from requirements to implementation to measurement and rollout.
Contribute to the development of product vision, strategy, and roadmap based on market research, user feedback, and business objectives.
Work closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to prioritize features and enhancements based on user needs, technical feasibility, and business impact.
Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to gather insights and identify opportunities for product improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define clear and actionable requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Monitor key performance metrics, user engagement, and feedback to measure the success of product initiatives and identify areas for optimization.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions and innovation opportunities.

Qualifications and requirements

5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a consumer mobile app environment.
Proven track record of successfully launching products that meet user needs and drive business growth.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships across teams.
Familiarity with design tools such as Figma or similar software.
Passion for travel and connecting people through innovative solutions.
