Job Details:

We are seeking a skilled ABAP Developer to join our team and help design, develop, and optimize SAP solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with ABAP programming and a deep understanding of Clean Core Principles, ensuring upgrade-safe and scalable solutions for enterprise environments.

You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, sustainable SAP solutions while maintaining best practices and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain custom ABAP solutions to support business processes and SAP enhancements.
Apply Clean Core Principles to ensure long-term maintainability and alignment with SAP upgrade paths.
Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and deliver on-time solutions.
Optimize and refactor existing ABAP code for performance and maintainability.
Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical guidance to the team.
Support SAP upgrades, migrations, and new module implementations as needed.
Stay current with SAP development trends, technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience as an ABAP Developer with a proven track record of successful SAP projects.
Strong knowledge of Clean Core Principles and experience implementing them in enterprise environments.
Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly preferred.
Proficiency in performance tuning, debugging, and troubleshooting ABAP programs.
Strong understanding of SAP modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, or PP.
Familiarity with Agile development practices and cross-functional collaboration.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Experience working in pharma, healthcare, or other highly regulated industries.
Knowledge of Fiori/UI5 development and integration.
Experience with SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) or cloud-based integrations.
Understanding of DevOps practices and tools for SAP development lifecycle.
