Full-Stack Developer in Glou

We want to be the technological advisor for personal finances in LatAm. We are creating tools focused on savings, as over-indebtedness and financial stress are major pain points for people in the region.

We come to redefine how people interact with their finances and help relieve financial stress. We use Open Finance to consolidate people's information in a single place and then give them solutions to optimize their financial situation. We have just raised our pre-seed funding round, we are testing our MVP and we want you to help us to build awesome products.

We are motivated to develop high social impact solutions and help people be better financially.

We are looking for someone to work hand to hand with our CTO to develop our first scalable platform.
We are a small team and everyone has a say, and we expect you to give ideas and critique. Also, being small means you will have to be flexible and wear multiple hats.
At this specific point, we are on our pilot program with a couple of clientes and testing demand so we have to be agile to respond. You are expected to help us build the rest of the team, devs, designers, etc, and grow with us in the long term.

Requirements:
- React.js
- Node.js
- ORM or SQL knowledge
- Git and Github
- Basic english level (read documentation, write code, etc)

You have to be able to work full time, nevertheless, hours are flexible
Hopefully, social impact is something you want to create
You should be proactive and independent. At first, you will be working on a different schedule than our CTO and you should be able to prioritize and plan ahead with little guidance

Ideal skills (not required):
- Koa.js
- Python
- Monitoring, devOps, deploy, etc.
- AWS / Google Cloud Platform
- Finances knowledge
- Any other technologies that you are interested in. Your opinion and preferred technologies will be very important when we make decisions.
