Job functions

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our global team working on platform development for our gaming portal Kongregate.com. This is a hybrid-remote role, the team meets and works together in our Santiago, Chile office once a week and you are welcome to use the office more than that if you like (if you are outside the Santiago area we still encourage you to apply).

Design and develop software features for the Bitverse and its games by writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
Maintain and improve existing features
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and solve complex problems
Test and deploy features
Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies, and act as a mentor to junior engineers.
Create documentation related to releases, processes, and standard operating procedures for team and department.

Qualifications and requirements

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development
Proven experience in Node.js, React, and TypeScript
Experience with C#
Experience with AWS and Amplify is a big plus
Blockchain (especially Polygon) experience or enthusiasm is a bonus
Ability to work independently as part of a team in an asynchronous environment
Advanced English speaking skill
Relevant technical certifications are a plus
