We are looking for a prompt and automation engineer with strong expertise in automation platforms and Revenue Operations tooling who can bridge the gap between GTM teams and technology systems. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with tools such as Zapier, Make, n8n, and Pipedream to automate workflows efficiently across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. Mastery of RevOps stack products including HubSpot, Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, and Gainsight is essential.
Candidates should demonstrate strong skills in building SaaS metrics dashboards covering ARR, churn, and expansion revenue, and have comfort integrating via RESTful and GraphQL APIs along with scripting abilities in Python or JavaScript. Experience in prompt engineering and orchestrating large language model workflows is required, working with platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, and HuggingFace. Familiarity with multi-agent workflow orchestration (e.g., using CrewAI, LangGraph, or AutoGen) and solid understanding of data structures and transformations (JSON, CSV, webhooks) are critical.
The role requires excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally with GTM, product, and engineering teams. The ability to prioritize tasks, troubleshoot issues quickly, and innovate using new AI-driven approaches is essential to the success in this role.
A background in Revenue Operations or GTM systems administration will be a strong advantage. Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) platforms such as UiPath or Automation Anywhere is a plus. Familiarity with agentic AI workflows embedded within products, including autonomous copilots that monitor data and act proactively, will be beneficial. Prior contributions to open-source LLM tooling or participation in AI safety and reproducibility initiatives would distinguish candidates further.
