Senior ASP.NET Core Developer / Technical Owner in Bright Software

Bright Software is a small U.S. software consultancy focused on building and maintaining long-lived business applications for established clients. We are seeking a senior ASP.NET Core developer who can take ownership of production systems and gradually assume much of the founder's day-to-day technical work. This role is hands-on and support-heavy at times, spanning multiple client systems. You will respond quickly to production issues and switch context between 2–4 clients in a single day when needed. The successful candidate will own, maintain, and evolve production applications, while collaborating directly with clients and the founder to ensure system stability, maintainability, and continuous improvement.
