We seek a highly skilled Senior Engineer with deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, including ERP, SCM, and HCM. The ideal candidate possesses extensive technical knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud's security, integration framework, reporting tools, extensibility, personalization, configuration, architecture, and operational aspects. Strong proficiency in modifying the UI and handling databases is essential, encompassing Excel, BI Reports (RTF, eText, Excel Template), XSL, OTBI reports, HCM Extracts, BI Cloud Connector, and BI folder security.

A solid functional understanding of flexfields, lookups, value sets, work structures, areas of responsibility, personalization, Business Process Management (BPM), approval workflows, and configurations is required. Candidates must also demonstrate strong business acumen across Order to Cash, Billing, Financials (Procure to Pay, Record to Report), Hire to Retire, Cash & Payments, legal, Tax, and BI/DW processes.

Expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications best practices and integrating Fusion Applications with other enterprise systems is mandatory. Familiarity with SOAP and REST web services, Oracle development tools, SQL, PL/SQL, and Java is expected. Experience with ITIL frameworks, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, Agile methodologies such as Scrum, and use of code repositories will be critical to the role.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years as a Senior Engineer or in a similar role involving Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications (ERP/SCM/HCM). Must have completed at least one full implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications in a technical role. At least 3 years’ experience with Oracle PaaS solutions including Oracle Integration Cloud, Oracle Process Automation, and Visual Builder Cloud Service is mandatory. Proven experience collaborating with Oracle and third-party vendors for production support issue resolution is required. Candidates should be proficient in data management, reporting solutions, and preparing technical reports through data analysis.

Communication and Leadership: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, teamwork orientation, and the capability to guide and mentor junior team members effectively.

Education and Certifications: Minimum bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications are a plus but not mandatory.
