The Senior Full-Stack Engineer will join a collaborative team working on a mix of projects ranging from early-stage MVPs to large-scale refactors, contributing to shaping both our technical stack and our team culture.

We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with at least 5 years of professional experience in full-stack software development. Candidates should have a proven track record of writing robust, production-grade code primarily using PHP and/or Java, along with solid experience in front-end frameworks such as React or Vue.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of RESTful and GraphQL API design, as well as database architecture and data modeling. Experience in agile environments is essential, including collaboration via tools like Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Jira for project tracking and delivery.

This role requires someone who:

• Works well independently and communicates clearly across cross-functional teams
• Provides thoughtful and constructive code reviews (including from external contributors)
• Is proactive, consistent, and dependable in a fast-paced environment
• Takes initiative to align with product managers on roadmap planning
• Can occasionally assist with defining scope and writing Jira tickets
• Has a strong interest in or experience with AI-assisted development workflows (e.g., OpenAI APIs, LangChain, GitHub Copilot) and is excited to help champion AI best practices within the team

We are specifically looking for candidates who:

• Are fluent in English—both written and verbal—to ensure smooth collaboration with our distributed team
• Are available to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours
