Responsibilities:

Every programmer at the company does:

• Interacts directly with the Client to identify application requirements
• Participates on estimations and team commitments
• Plans and determines the best way to implement those requirements in code
• Collaborates closely with QA engineers to identify application weakness, failure points and bugs
• Demonstrates the software behavior to the end Client after the end of each sprint
• Hands on quality software engineers’ opportunities, requiring skills beyond writing test scripts and finding bugs.
• Developing, executing and maintaining master test plans Debugging software through systematic tests
• Applying company standards

Skills required:

• 4+ years experience testing back end systems and web UI
• Automation experience in testing performance and JMeter
• Experience with Java, JavaScript and web services/Rest
• Experience with Agile approaches
• Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively
• Correctly label and report bugs for tracking purposes

Qualifications:

• 4 or more years of experience in similar position
• Bachelor's degree (preferably)
