  • Strong hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, and GraphQL in production environments (3+ years).
  • Advanced backend development skills using Node.js and TypeScript, with a track record of designing complex systems, data models, and optimizing performance.
  • Proficient in designing, integrating, and maintaining RESTful APIs and GraphQL services at scale.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud Platform, including expertise with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform and Kubernetes.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead architectural design decisions, ensuring system reliability, maintainability, and scalability.
  • Experience mentoring and coaching engineers, fostering a culture of learning, psychological safety, and collaboration.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical decisions for various audiences and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluency in English at a minimum B2 level is required.
  • Familiarity and leadership in adopting AI-driven tools to enhance team productivity, workflows, and prototyping methodologies.
We value problem-solving mindset, proactive ownership, technical innovation, and a commitment to Change.org's mission of social impact.
