As the only owner, I am looking for a senior wordpress developer.
The job includes: fixing bugs, implement new designs in some areas of the template (designs done), add a few new functionalities, optimizing speed and a help me with a few tasks.

I am looking for someone with a very good experience and a willingness to achieve the best result possible. Not just to get done with it. It translates into offering advices how to improve functionalities, speed, etc...
In order to do that, the freelancer must have experience into what are the best practices and what are the new "trends". Obviously, I am also looking for someone that speaks English, as the brief is written in this language.

Benefits are that we agree on a fee, on a per hour basis.
I reckon more or less the project would take a minimum of 30 hours, but this is just a roughly estimation.
