Automation Engineer in Flat Digital

Flat is an iBuyer for the Mexican market, focused on solving the liquidity problem of residential real estate, with a deep tech layer to the traditional home-flipping business, similar to what other players have done in other geographies (Opendoor.com, loft.com.br).Flat offers clear benefits to both sides of the transaction. We are looking for a technology driven person that loves to play with new apps and tools, trying to find out how to connect and interact with technology, new and existing. They will be responsible for connecting APIs and debugging existing automations. They will also be responsible for using a new service or implementing an algorithm in a new programming language. This position will require excellent problem-solving skills in order to debug complex automations.

• Creating new automations
• Implementing changes in existing codebases (Python, JS, Go)
• Debugging existing complex automations

• Have worked in automation before
• Has 3+ years of experience in development
• Don’t feel uncomfortable configuring an app rather than coding
• Feel comfortable talking to process owners and developers alike

• Have used Zapier or Make.com
• Is comfortable writing a new Lambda function and deploying it
• Knows Hubspot CRM
