Funciones del cargo

Java Developer will interface between product and engineering to scope & define technical implementation for features
Develop and maintain software solutions for multiple APIs
Creates and maintains documentation for codebases
Designs, codes, tests, debugs, and software using Agile development practices
Work alongside offshore dev teams to review, make technical decisions, and execute.
Oversight of off-shore development team codebase and enforce best practices
Modeling data architecture in relational and non-relational databases
Code, test, and deploy micro-services based software capabilities for core applications in AWS
Build out scalable and secure infrastructure - that runs our applications, currently they are mostly Java / Spring
Maintaining CI/CD pipelines

Requerimientos del cargo

Minimum 4-5 years of relevant engineering experience.
Minimum 2 - 3 years of enterprise Java experience. Spring framework preferred
Experience maintaining a public REST API
Knowledge of REST best practices
Minimum 2+ years experience with AWS (API Gateway, EC2) or related cloud provider
Understands the concepts of CI/CD, Containerization, Scrum, and Site Reliability
Has worked in an OKR driven environment, where objectives were also business-oriented, and not solely technically oriented.
Comfortable with wearing multiple engineering hats in an early-stage and high growth environment.
