Back-end Software Engineer in Quansa

Quansa links the payroll data of thousands of employees with banks, fintechs and other financial institutions, changing the way financial products are delivered and priced by banks and fintechs. Just like an health insurance broker, Quansa negotiates on behalf of employees and can offer solutions that employees cannot get anywhere else - keeping them financially healthy!

We're a Latin American company born in Sillicon Valley (@Stanford University), with operations in Chile and Brazil and growing.

We’re looking for a creative and motivated backend engineer. You’ll be a part of the Quansa engineering team, working with the best coding and architectural practices to build an intuitive, high performing product that makes life easier for our users.

You want to be a part of a team that is innovative and mission-driven, working to improve the financial well-being of millions of workers in the region.

You love shipping new things rapidly. You will obsess over our product and constantly think of ways to make it better. You are a great listener but are willing to speak up when you see something that needs to be fixed. You are not afraid of saying “I don’t know yet” and love the thrill of figuring things out.

You'll be responsible for writing code (yes, tests are included), making design decisions that will affect thousands of users, deploy and operate your developments and finally, support clients and internal stakeholders.

We love to try new approaches and technologies, and you'll have your fair share of experimenting.

Sooner than later you'll have to debug something in production and come up with a stable solution in record time (our users will thank you 😉 and the team will be eternally grateful)
