As the CTO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our technological landscape, driving innovation, and spearheading our growth and scale.

About MyStrengthBook:

MyStrengthBook is a rapidly growing start-up that specializes in building white-labeled fitness apps for fitness entrepreneurs, empowering them to grow their businesses effectively. Our suite of products includes:

1. PUSH: A white-labeled subscription app designed for coaches, influencers, and organizations.
2. PULL: A comprehensive client management system tailored for online coaches.
3. PRESS: A boutique gym management software for gym owners.

• Technology Strategy: Develop and execute the company's technology roadmap, aligning it with our business objectives, and ensuring a scalable and efficient infrastructure.
• Innovation and Product Development: Drive innovation by identifying new technologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance our product offerings. Lead the product development process from ideation to implementation, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Team Leadership: Manage and inspire a team of talented engineers, designers, and developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to empower your team members to achieve their full potential.
• Architecture and Infrastructure: Oversee the design and implementation of robust, scalable, and secure technology solutions. Ensure the smooth integration of our various products and platforms, optimizing performance and user experience.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other key stakeholders, including the CEO, product managers, and marketing teams, to align technological strategies with business goals and deliver seamless user experiences.
• Agile Development and Project Management: Implement agile development methodologies and establish effective project management practices to drive efficiency, productivity, and on-time delivery of projects.
• Stay Current: Keep ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the fitness and software development realms. Leverage your expertise to provide strategic recommendations that keep MyStrengthBook at the forefront of innovation.

• English Language: Must be proficient in English reading and writing. (Bi-lingual Spanish is considered a bonus)
• Technical Expertise: Extensive experience in software engineering, architecture, and development. Strong familiarity with modern development frameworks, cloud-based solutions, and APIs. Proficiency in web and mobile app development technologies is essential.
• Required tech stack: JavaScript, React, React Native, Node.js, MongoDB, AWS, stripe, content delivery networks
• Leadership and Management: Proven track record of leading and managing technical teams, driving innovation, and delivering successful projects. Ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team while maintaining a collaborative and results-driven environment.
• Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and translate business goals into technology strategies. Demonstrated experience in driving innovation and implementing cutting-edge solutions.
• Communication and Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, articulate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders, and build strong relationships.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset: Passionate about start-up environments, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic setting. Resourceful, adaptable, and comfortable with ambiguity.
• Fitness Industry Knowledge: A strong interest or background in the fitness industry is highly desirable, as it will enable you to better understand the needs of our customers.
