As an Engineering Manager, you’ll play a vital role in developing and evolving our Tech Team and engineers.
This is a crucial role within our team. You will be responsible (in conjunction with the HR area) to foster important relationships with each engineer in your squad to help them grow organically in technical professional aspects and in the development of interpersonal skills.
You will also be responsible for aligning with the technical and product teams, contributing to create the strategic roadmap of their products, and focusing on achieving the company's objectives.
