Front-end Developer in MyStrengthBook

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Contract Front-End Developer to join our team for a 3-month term, with the potential for extension based on project needs and performance. As a Contract Front-End Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing user interfaces for our web and mobile applications using technologies such as React, React Native, HTML, and CSS.

MyStrengthBook is a rapidly growing start-up that specializes in building white-labeled fitness apps for fitness entrepreneurs, empowering them to grow their businesses effectively. Our suite of products includes:

1. PUSH: A white-labeled subscription app designed for coaches, influencers, and organizations.
2. PULL: A comprehensive client management system tailored for online coaches.
3. PRESS: A boutique gym management software for gym owners.

1. Develop and implement user interfaces for web and mobile applications using React, React Native, HTML, and CSS.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and back-end developers, to translate design concepts into functional user interfaces.
3. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that adheres to industry best practices and coding standards.
4. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
5. Conduct thorough testing and debugging of front-end components to ensure high-quality deliverables.
6. Collaborate with the design and back-end development team to integrate front-end components with the application's back-end.
7. Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in front-end development technologies and techniques.
8. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide regular updates on progress.

1. Proven experience as a Front-End Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of web and/or mobile applications.
2. Proficiency in front-end technologies such as React, React Native, HTML, and CSS.
3. Solid understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
4. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
5. Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and the ability to collaborate effectively with designers.
6. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues.
7. Ability to work independently and efficiently, while also being a collaborative team player.
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
9. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required).
