Front-end Developer in Onesta

Onesta is a Startup company formed in 2022 with the purpose of creating transparency in the supply chain of fresh fruit, connecting the farm to the retailer and to the final consumer through a digital platform which allows full volume and economic traceability, maximizing efficiencies throughout the supply chain.

The objective is to disrupt the traditional supply chain of fresh fruit adding value to the main stakeholders: the grower, the retailer and the customers through information based in blockchain and in a business setup designed to maximize the returns back to farm.

The main products will be avocados, citrus and table grapes.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Front End Developer ideally with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team. As a Front End Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing user interfaces and features for web applications. The ideal candidate should be proficient in a wide range of front-end technologies and tools, have excellent problem-solving skills, and be able to work in a collaborative team environment.

• Develop and maintain complex web applications using modern front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, and NextJS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop and implement innovative user interfaces and features that enhance user experience and engagement.
• Work with back-end developers to integrate user interfaces with back-end APIs and databases.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to industry standards and best practices.
• Conduct code reviews, perform testing and debugging, and identify and resolve performance issues.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging front-end technologies and tools and share your knowledge with the team.

• Strong understanding of front end technologies.
• Strong understanding of agile development methodologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with ReactJS & NextJs.
• Proficiency with TypeScript.
• Proficiency with TailwindCSS.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Jasmine, Karma or Protractor.
• Experience with Git.
• High knowledge of architectures that allow scaling in an agile way.
• Strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility, accessibility, and responsive design principles.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Knowledge of CSS-In-JS with libraries like Styled JSX, styled-components, Emotion.
• Knowledge of Clean Code Architecture.
• Knowledge of other technologies such as SvelteKit.
