Job functions

Create data transformations via SQL across data warehouse technologies (Postgres, Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery)
Set up, troubleshoot, and maintain data pipelines utilizing modern DevOps principles.
Manage packages on Linux operating systems.
Develop new features for Python API’s which are used for data analysis.
Set up and maintain new services in the AWS/GCP Cloud.

Qualifications and requirements

5+ years of experience developing Python API’s, with a focus on data packages, especially pandas, pyodbc.
1+ years of experience working with data science/data analysis fields.
Experience administrating Linux based systems.
Experience Dockerizing and administrating Docker based applications.
Experience configuring CI/CD pipelines for applications.
Experience working with several AWS and GCP services.
Strong SQL domain for data queries and data processing, experience with different databases Postgres, SQL Server, Redshift, BigQuery.
Awareness of data warehousing principles.

Desirable skills

Cloud services networking experience (VPC, Gateways, routing tables)
Experience working with DBT.
Experience working with Airbyte, Fivetran.
