Gourmet Growth is a fintech startup reinventing small business financing by using real time banking, accounting and ecommerce data to predict cash flow and risk on a daily basis. We are devoted to helping small consumer businesses grow and compete against the giant CPG conglomerates of the world. Despite a challenging economic environment, our total customer base has increased by over 200% since March 2020 and we are looking for the next member of our engineering team.
Our small team of 10 full time employees has extensive experience across finance, banking, supply chain, data science, and risk management industries. We have a small fully-remote 5 person engineering team located across New York, Portland OR, and Argentina.
We are based in NYC and open to both local and remote candidates in Central and Latin America.
Our stack is React, Material-UI, Django, Airflow, Postgres, Gitlab, deployed on a Kubernetes on Google Cloud.
You will be primarily responsible for the frontend customer experience. You will fully own the API layer of the backend (Django, Django Rest Framework) as well as all of the frontend (React, Material-UI).
- High proficiency in English
- 5 years of professional programming experience
- 3 years of Production experience with ReactJS and Python
- Personality of proactive problem solving
- Some minimal design sense
