Full-Stack Developer in Magellan

We are a Saas recruiting software for remote-first companies. In Magellan, you can attract, engage, and manage talent whatever the location in a single tool, with all the data you need to make meaningful hiring decisions. We started with top US customers, opened Latin American countries like Chile and Argentina, and plan to become a global company in under 2 years.

As a Full Stack engineer, you will be the first technical hire on the team. You will be in charge of building and improving our website (backend and frontend) from the first version built by our CEO to a more sustainable version used by thousands of companies around the world. You will have a high degree of autonomy and responsibility to make technical decisions (from backend to frontend and API integration) and build your career toward managing a team in the long term.

• You have been using Ruby on Rails on the backend for at least 3 years
• You are fluent in a front-end language. We are frontend agnostic but React.js and Vue.js are good examples.
• You have worked in a fast-growing startup environment
• Bonus: you already used and know map services integration: Google map, Mapbox or work in HRTech space: recruiting software or ATS.
