Key Responsibilities

  • Develop features and products across our Ad Server and Ad Manager platforms using Go and/or Next.js/TypeScript.
  • Own projects end-to-end—from technical design through production deployment and iterative improvements.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver world-class advertising tools.
  • Enhance application architecture, performance, and scalability on both back-end and front-end sides.
  • Write high-quality, maintainable, and well-tested code that supports team collaboration.
  • Drive innovation by proposing and building entirely new products from scratch.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and clear coding standards.
  • Engage in code reviews, mentorship, and knowledge sharing within the team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Advanced experience in Go (Golang) for scalable, high-performance back-end systems and/or advanced experience in Next.js with TypeScript for dynamic front-end web applications.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional software development experience at a mid to senior level.
  • Proven ability to work across the full stack, delivering results both independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong understanding of performance optimization, scalability, and security principles.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills within multidisciplinary teams.
  • English fluency in reading and writing is mandatory; spoken fluency is a plus.

Bonus Experience (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Vercel, Fly.io, or similar services.
  • Exposure to SQL or edge databases like Turso or SQLite.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD pipelines, or DevOps workflows.
  • Experience within Advertising Technology, including working with Ad Servers, Ad Networks, SSP/DSP systems.
  • Knowledge of Real-Time Bidding (RTB), OpenRTB standards, or programmatic advertising workflows.
