Job Details:

We are looking for a talented software engineer to focus on integrations. In this role, you'll be responsible for building, maintaining, and enhancing our core B2B and internal applications. The ideal candidate has a strong background in C# and experience working within an Agile environment. You'll play a key role in ensuring our applications are high-performing, stable, and secure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Maintain Software: Write well-tested, documented, and idiomatic code using C#.
  • API Development: Design, build, and test RESTful APIs using the .NET framework.
  • Data Integration: Construct and manage medical eligibility EDI files.
  • B2B Integration:
    • Integrate Fleet Management Systems with Salesforce and UKG/Kronos.
    • Create health care open enrollment files to send from UKG/Kronos to vendors.
    • Establish B2B integrations with key customers to process bulk shipping information and create shipping records.
  • Troubleshooting: Address end-user reported issues and provide technical guidance to the support team.
  • Agile Collaboration: Work within an Agile team to develop and maintain integrations.
  • Performance and Security: Ensure the stability and performance of applications, implement security best practices, and maintain compliance with security standards.
  • Technical Growth: Participate in new technology proof-of-concept projects and contribute to knowledge-sharing sessions.

Qualification and Competency Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a software engineering environment, particularly with C#
  • 2+ years of experience focusing on system integrations
  • Demonstrated understanding of RESTful API concepts and patterns
  • Ability to create self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and components
  • Understanding of the medical eligibility file EDI formats
  • Understanding of Agile software development methodology
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Willingness and aptitude to embrace new ideas and master concepts rapidly
  • Experience working in Visual Studio .NET
  • Experience with nUnit or xUnit test frameworks
  • Familiar with continuous integration environments (e.g. Azure DevOps, Git, etc.)
  • Experience with Salesforce or UKG/Kronos is a plus
  • Professional communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
