We are a fully remote and distributed company and we are lucky enough to have a diverse and multi-national team with team members in the U.S., Mexico, Chile, Peru, Colombia, Argentina, Brazil, Costa Rica, and Venezuela.

Job functions

  • Quickly get up to speed on 3rd-party integrations and build improvements to support our quickly growing team.
  • Refactor existing integrations so they are more stable, efficient and scalable.
  • Work alongside our WordPress developer to build landing pages that require complex logic and multiple third-party integrations.
  • Lead cross-department technical implementations, planning development strategy based on business objectives.
  • Build centralized databases that bring together information from a range of sources.
  • Ensure security and compliance as we build data pipelines that contain sensitive data.
  • Work alongside our Systems Architect to strategize database design.
  • Ensure we can scale as our materials are used by more users around the world, positively impacting their lives everyday.

Qualifications and requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience working with JavaScript
  • Prior experience working with Node.js
  • Knowledge of ETL processes to help establish an end-to-end attribution model across channels
  • Be self-sufficient and solve problems quickly and independently, reaching out for assistance when needed.
  • Be confident and resourceful when working with unfamiliar APIs and integrations.
  • Consistently ensure accuracy and precision by having a strong eye for details.
  • Communicate clearly with team members, providing feedback and advocating for what you need to ensure project success.
  • Reliably estimate project scope, asking questions when things are not clear.
  • Write thorough technical documentation that is detailed and organized.
  • Never be satisfied - constantly strive to improve with each release. Learn quickly and embrace change.
