As a Technical Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of technology projects from initiation to completion. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage resources, and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Your role involves both strategic planning and hands-on project management.

Each one of our collaborators works with different teams and colleagues around the world, in the design and commercialization of software. We look forward to having you as part of our team in the role of Technical Delivery Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals and deliverables.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Assign tasks, set priorities, and ensure team members have the necessary resources.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
  • Lead Go-Live activities and collaborate with relevant development teams.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for project stakeholders.

Requerimients

  • Proven experience as a Technical Delivery Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Proficient in planning, executing, and overseeing project deliverables, release cycles, and timelines.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills in conveying project-related information between various teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to identify potential risks that could affect project timelines and quality and ability to apply strategies to mitigate these risks.
  • Ability to align resources for releases, taking into account third-party applications, defect backlogs, planned releases, and infrastructure upgrades.
  • Strong analytical skills to track progress, identify issues, and implement process improvements for smooth releases.
  • Experience in planning releases within specified requirements and budget constraints.
  • Ability to direct and assign tasks to release engineers, collaborate with development teams, and coordinate with IT departments.
  • Proficient in creating deployment plans following release schedules, ensuring readiness reviews are conducted before deployment and milestone reviews after release.
  • Ability to maintain comprehensive documentation related to build/release procedures, notification lists, and dependencies.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
