Java Team Lead for Id in EVOLUTIONCODE LLC

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Java Tech Lead to join our team as a senior-level leader. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java development and cloud technologies, particularly AWS, and will be responsible for leading a team of developers, designing scalable solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software projects in the Identity domain.

• Lead a team of Java developers focused on Identity Management (ID) solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements and scope.
• Mentor and coach team members to enhance their technical skills and performance.
• Ensure high-quality code delivery following best practices and coding standards.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Java development, with a strong background in Identity Management solutions or related fields.
  3+ years in a leadership role, guiding and mentoring a team of developers.
• Experience in Identity Management solutions is highly desirable.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
