Middle Full-Stack Developer (Java + React) in Softserve

Our client is a healthcare company, focused on addressing real problems for real people. Currently, we are working together to develop a new and enhanced system in AWS, using Java.

You will join a team consisting of 3 Full Stack Developers (Java + React), 2 Full Stack Developers (Python + React), 3 Automation Engineers, 4 Manual QA, 1 Scrum Master, and 1 Project Manager. The entire team is distributed across Mexico, Colombia, and Chile.

• Design, develop, test, and implement high-quality software solutions that are reliable, scalable, and maintainable using Java, React and AWS
• Build new features and user experiences, work with Internal systems and sharing your knowledge with the team
• Gather requirements and conduct further analysis, adhering to Scrum practices
• Maintain and fix bugs in current and newly developed software
• Be part of Cross-functional teams (product, sales, client success, marketing, business development, design, etc.) to gather feedback and improve our platform
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in software development, and incorporate them into our products where appropriate

• A holder of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field
• Solid experience as Full Stack Developer using Java, JavaScript, TypeScript and React
• Experienced with Cloud platforms: AWS
• Proficient in database technologies: SQL, migrations, Object-relational mappers (ORMs)
• Successfully building secure, scalable, high-availability, low-latency, and distributed solutions
• Proficient in Unit testing and CI/CD pipelines
• Showing strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Taking the initiative to propose solutions, and successfully execute plan
• Experienced working with Agile methodologies
