• Facilitate the complete product life cycle for mid to large-size projects
• Develop scalable, robust, fault-tolerant software systems
• Advance the team's design methodology and quality programming practices. Guide and support junior team members to adapt standard methodologies
• Continually research and advocate for industry standards and best practices in development methodologies, techniques, and technologies
• Independently understand time and cost constraints and their impact on other teams to reach sound resource and architectural trade-offs
• Anticipate and prevent problems and roadblocks before they occur. Present technical issues and their impact on leadership
• Continuously improve software and development processes with the Agile development team
• Advocate for quality coding, design, and optimal processes

IF YOU ARE

• Qualified with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Demonstrating 3+ years of expertise in designing scalable and robust technical solutions end-to-end
• Experienced with Java using Spring Boot and Kotlin (as a must)
• Experienced in React and GraphQL
• Showing strong knowledge of messaging (Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ), and reporting tools (Splunk, DataDog, and NewRelic)
• Experienced with relational and non-relational databases (MongoDB)
• Consuming, developing, and integrating web applications and APIs (REST)
• Proficient in unit testing with JUnit, Mockito, and CI/CD pipelines (Docker, Jenkins, Git)
• Accustomed to working under Scrum and/or Kanban methodologies
• Strong in analytics and problem-solving
• Demonstrating B2+ English level (written and spoken) to cover daily communication with the team
