We are seeking a knowledgeable NetSuite Consultant to join our dynamic team for a 3-month engagement. This hybrid role blends functional and technical NetSuite expertise to support internal teams, optimize ERP processes, and contribute to strategic decisions. You'll act as both a hands-on configurator and a trusted advisor to business stakeholders across Finance, Operations, and IT.

Key Responsibilities and Tasks

• Act as a subject matter expert on NetSuite ERP, advising business users and executives on functionality, best practices, and system capabilities.
• Analyze business requirements and propose scalable NetSuite-based solutions to meet operational and strategic needs.
• Configure and optimize modules such as:
  • Finance (including revenue recognition)
  • Procurement (Procure-to-Pay)
  • Order Management (Order-to-Cash)
  • Inventory Management
• Design and implement customizations using:
  • Saved Searches
  • Workflows
  • Custom Forms and Dashboards
• Recommend and support integrations with third-party systems, leveraging SuiteTalk, SuiteScript, or other NetSuite APIs.
• Translate technical capabilities into clear business language for non-technical stakeholders.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and integrations.
• Provide training and support to internal users to ensure adoption and effective system usage.
• Collaborate with external vendors, developers, or consultants to deliver enhancements and integrations.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and cross-functional initiatives as needed.

Preferred Knowledge and Experience

• Experience with NetSuite integrations (SuiteTalk, SuiteScript, SuiteBuilder, RESTlets).
• Deep understanding of finance-related processes and ERP data flows.
• Previous experience in system documentation and user training.
• Familiarity with project management or agile methodologies.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience working with NetSuite ERP in a consultant or advisory capacity.
• Demonstrated expertise in financial processes within NetSuite (revenue recognition, P2P, O2C).
• Experience with NetSuite customization tools (workflows, saved searches, etc.).
• Proven ability to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences.
• Advanced proficiency in English (spoken and written).

• Remote Latam
