Job functions

  • Inform the observability team about the objectives and institutional strategic guidelines.
  • Guarantee training in the policies and procedures of the observability team, holding work sessions, and generating a sense of commitment.
  • Detect the training and development needs required to enable the achievement of the established objectives.
  • Ensure the correct administration and configuration of observability tools, including the definition and configuration of service measurement parameters.
  • Promote the deployment of features and new observability tools to be used by operations teams.
  • Support the definition and implementation of performance indicators that allow monitoring of critical services identified.
  • Ensure the correct administration and implementation of control points and monitoring of the components of the technological platform in the observability tools.
  • Promote the optimization of the platform's operation, aiming to boost agility, promote efficiency, and guarantee resilience in observability tools.
  • Attention to requirements for change controls for Enabling and disabling monitoring, maintenance windows, and observability incidents.


  • Experience with observability tools, ELK, APMs (Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Instana, New Relics, Datadog), Microfocus.
  • Experience in implementations and configurations of observability tools in onpremise environments and SaaS tools.
  • Certifications related to information technologies preferred.
  • Dynatrace Certification.

  • Azure Administrator Associate.
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate.
  • Google Associate Cloud Engineer.
